Our Fleet is comprised of over 60 Captains and their vessels, both power, and sail. Yacht Club Captains graciously avail themselves and their vessels to the entire membership throughout the year for a variety of boating activities. These activities include raft-ups, overnight weekend excursions to other yacht clubs, trips to the Bahamas, Sunset Cruises, Poker Runs and assisting with the stewardship of Boat Club Island.
Our Club Boat: In July 2016, the Club purchased a 20' Pontoon boat, Friendship, which carries 8 to 10 passengers. It is Coast Guard equipped and available for members, who receive training by experienced Club captains, to rent seven days a week from 9 am to 5 pm. To date, many members have enjoyed their days on the water aboard Friendship.
Whether you are traveling by land or sea, Vero Beach Yacht Club members enjoy year-round reciprocity with some of the finest yacht clubs in Florida and throughout the United States. We are a proud member of the exclusive Florida Council of Yacht Clubs, an organization with over 30 of the finest yacht clubs in the state. In addition, through our membership in the Yachting Club of America, our members also enjoy reciprocity with over 700 yacht clubs throughout the country.
Florida Council of Yacht Clubs members are always welcome at the Club. VBYC also has a limited number of slips available for overnight FCYC and YCA guests.
